Every model is made to order

After you order, we set up your model and email you the 3D preview within 2 business days. Change the crop, stops or lettering for free until you're happy. If we don't hear back within 3 days of sending the preview, we treat it as approved and start making it.

Once you approve, your model is made and on its way within 14 days, usually sooner.

Shipping

• Australia Post, tracked: A$15 flat rate, anywhere in Australia.
• We ship to Australian addresses only for now. Overseas? Ask us.
• Every model is packed in foam. You'll get the tracking number by email when it ships.
• Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we'll send it again at cost.

Damaged or not right

If your model arrives damaged, or something isn't right with it, send us a photo through the contact form within 14 days of delivery. We'll remake it or refund you, including shipping. You don't need to send it back unless we ask.

Changing your mind

Until you approve your 3D preview you can cancel for a full refund. After that your model is made for your track and can't be resold, so we can't take change-of-mind returns.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
